I always feel like "Goat" from "Pearls Before Swine."

Increasingly in Policyland, whenever I talk to my opposite numbers, I invariably feel like Goat from Pearls Before Swine after a conversation with Rat, which usually ends with Goat saying something like "Please stop talking" or simply "Oh, Lord . . . . ."

In this case, the belief that the PCAST Report on spectrum is an evil plot by Google and Microsoft.
