As a practical matter, this was not a clear cut case like ATT/T-Mo (unless you think it is obviously a bad idea to allow major competitors to team up). I get what DoJ and FCC are trying to do, even where I disagree and would have done it differently. *sigh* Hopefully, with this last piece of major unfinished business done, I can really let go of work until November.
