Shabbos Menu

Menu so far

Friday night: Cabbage soup, smoked chuck roast w/cilantro, garlic and white pepper rub, acorn sq. dusted with cinnamon, barley (w/cilantro mushroom and onion), green beans (sauteed w/garlic and pine nuts), grilled broccoli

Shabbos lunch: Cabbage soup redux (I have a lot of it), green salad, grilled asparagus w/grilled portabella mushroom caps, hungarian goulash, smoked grilled chicken, cranberry sauce, wild rice pilaf

(I am playing with my smoker/grill, if you hadn't guessed.)
