Project moving again, keep sending volunteers
O.K., back sorting through things. Sometimes it pays to be a pushy Jewish lawyer as opposed to the more polite midwestern folks who don't know how to blast through certain forms of bureaucracy. At the same time, must remember to be patient with folks. Everyone involved is upset and working their tails off. Although I still cannot BELIEVE someone on RMF thinks ham radios are better for this and us License Exempt spectrum types should stay home.

the Part-15.org effort is moving into the next self-organizing stage. Among problems we are having is getting volunteers down to the effected zone. Parties interested in what is going on can subscribe tot he emergency-relief mailing list on the Part-15.org website.
