Hearst, publisher of Cosmopolitan Magazine, is suing to stop a Las Vegas resort from calling itself the "Cosmopolitan," on the basis that both Cosmo the magazine and Cosmo the resort are in the same line of businss: peddling fantasy about how women should look and how to achieve total, ahem, satisfaction.
I need a drink of some kind, preferably in a large urban area, where people are very sophisticated and multicultural. If only I could put my finger on the word . . . .
