Appropos of my previous posting about the total destruction of the federal bureaucracy under Bush, the recent scandal at the Department of Interior illustrates just how deep the rot has spread. Oh yeah, and previous scandals about FAA and other agencies. Anyone wonder why our federal deficit has boomed and we have gotten so little return?
