I happen to agree with John McCain that his staffer Douglas Holtz-Eakin was making a rather boneheaded attempt to show how McCain's experience as Chair of the Senate Commerce Committee prepares him for tech issues when he whipped out his Blackberry and attributed this "miracle" to McCain's policies -- especially as Blackberry maker Research In Motion is a Canadian company.
