No Longer At MAP
As of Friday, I am no longer employed by Media Access Project.
My new contact info is haroldjfeld at gmail
For those wondering about the rest of my life:
1) I have a book I still need to write.
2) I have a number of consulting projects to keep me occupied -- too many to do on my own. I have therefore formed a partnership with my younger brother, Strength to Strength Devolp-Ed, LLC.
3) In March, I will begin part time with Public Knowledge to train their attorneys.
It is a very busy and very exciting time. I have not given up on the hope of working with the Obama Administration if something suitable arises. But, at the same time, I am not going to sit by the phone and wiat for it to ring. I am moving increaisngly from the role of "doing" to the role of teaching and training what I hope will be the next generation of effective progressive activists (or, as I like to think of it, moving from being the samurai to the sensei). I feel extremely blessed that at a time when many people are struggling, I have a number of fulfilling choices.
It is also very gratifying for those who insist I do not know what I am talking about to be able to command prices in excess of $400/hr. Apparently, my delusions pay very well.
