It's actually worth readin in its own right

I recommend reading the entire decision in today's SCT ruling FCC v. Fox Television Stations, as it sets out a fairly good discussion of the role of administrative agencies, Congress and the courts in the modern state. Skip the Thomas and Ginsburg sections, as they add zero intellectually.
