Yesterday you were complaining about how your p2p takes forever. This Ars Technica piece explains why. BT, which provides the wholesale network access, throttles p2p traffic.

Bell Canada and Rogers Cable do the same in Canada.

This does not happen here in the U.S., thanks in part to yr hmbl obdn't.
