As a general rule, anyone can link to or forward any post I leave open to the public unless I indicate otherwise in the post (or it appears to my friends that I may have forgotten to set filters by mistake and I subsequently filter the post). Any post I filter (at any level) requires explicit permission for linking to or filtering.
