Puting more spectrum out without spectrum caps will not help competition any. Nor will giving more spectrum to T-Mobile and Sprint solve all problems. It's either regulation or massive ETFs, because the problem is inherent in market structure for this industry sector. Wireless carriers are not supermarkets, and the mere presence of competitors does not create a classic Econ 101 market dynamic.
