NTIA and RUS Set Up New Partnership Site for Broadband Stimulus

I spent a lot of time working with others to pitch NTIA on this. Kudos to them for stepping up. This is the kind of e-government thing that can really help foster healthy community-based partnerships that will genuinely stimulate our economy.
