Trolls v. Porn Trolls. Who will win?

US Copyright Group is a collection of lawyers who will sue at the behest of any copyright holder anything that moves. They got some notoriety this past summer with the aggressive way they pursued suspected downloaders of "The Hurt locker." Media Copyright Group is the trade association for the porn industry that files John Thomas Doe lawusits against suspected porn downloaders. U.S. Copyright Group sent a frivolous "Cease-and-desist" letter to Media Copyright Group for trademark infringement. Media Copyright Group filed for a declaratory ruling.
