The thing is, I actually saw this protest. I was walking back from a meeting at Commerce and had cut through Lafayette Park and saw this fairly substantial group with buses directly in front of the White House (which is what got our attention; getting buses in front of the White House is damned unusual these days). Could not tell what the signs were in the snow, and I was running late, so we pressed on.
