Not off to a good start

Singapore Air has no record of my request for kosher meal, despite my being repeatedly reassured by travel agent. (SA makes it very difficult to actually speak to a human being, or that was my experience when I tried to call them yesterday.)

It's gonna be a long flight . . . :( Happily, snagged kosher sandwiches at food court. Will horde them as emergency rations.
