This is Day 2 of my point/counterpoint with Keen. I note that there are actual real world costs to the "solutions" Hollywood wants to impose and that they ought to look at illegal downloads as a cost of doing business. "Destroying Napster did nothing to to help the music industry, but embracing iTunes did."
