Link Harvest: MO Library Blocks Wicca Websites

The ACLU is suing the public library of Salem, MO (yes, we'll appreciate the name irony) for blocking websites relating to Wicca and astrology.

This appears to be a decision by local librarians. As it happens, however, public libraries are, well, public, and thus subject to First Amendment restrictions. And yes, blocking is covered under the 1st Amen, and yes, this is different about affirmative decisions to spend money on books, and yes, there is reasonably settled Supreme Court law on the matter.
